A refined Technology Strategist, Portfolio Manager & Implementer in public sector with demonstrated history of working in Technology Promotion & Adoption, Asset Evaluation & Acquisition, Business Development, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Digitization & Automation in Government to Citizen (G2C), Government to Business (G2B) & Government to Government (G2G) domains. He is the brain behind the implementation of Punjab Government’s first API Stack.

Presently, as Additional Director General (Citizen Facilitation Services), he is leading Punjab Information Technology Board’s portfolio of flagship programs for CITIZEN FACILITATION, EASE OF DOING BUSINESS, GOVERNMENT API STACK, ACQUISITION OF PUBLIC SERVICES, FINANCIAL PLANNING & MANAGEMENT and MAKING GOVERNMENT PAPERLESS & EFFICIENT. Mr. Bhatti has also served as Secretary to the Board, Head of Finance & Audit and Development & Procurement portfolios at PUNJAB I.T Board.

Mr. Bhatti is leading the Information Technology enablement (Chief Minister’s South Punjab IT Package) in South Punjab, because of his commendable knowledge & experience in public sector especially in Social Infrastructure and Services domain. The visualization is of Pakistan’s first Information Technology Special Economic Zone (I.T SEZ) for harmonizing short-term and long-term holding strategies to maximize foothold in dynamic and fast-paced technology market.
